Going for the KTV session with AC ppls and also cel Denise 21th Birthday (31th oct). After the KTV there bought a birthday cake for me and denise.. Thank u all be free to come down to cel me and denise birthday partly..

When out with sec school friends to cel my birthday and treat me dinner, movie and supper.. Thank man..

When to attending the Yokie award Ceremony.. We meet at 3.30pm at woodland interchange with lee kiang then head to RP.. Took some pic at the hall..

My eye was too small need to open big..

When to Clarke Quay for the dinner!!

At the dinner we had a chit chat is so alot of laughter.. Here is a one joke during the dinner..

At first i tot rare and raw is the same.. Then is wrong that corrected me.. learn a new thing today. And do a bit reseach on it..

The following terms are in order from least cooked to most cooked:

Raw - Uncooked. Used in dishes like steak tartare, Carpaccio, Gored gored, tiger meat and Kitfo.

Blue rare or very rare - (37.8°C/100°F core temp) Cooked very quickly; the outside is seared, but the inside is usually cool and barely cooked. The steak will be red on the inside and barely warmed. Sometimes asked for as 'blood rare'. In the United States this is also sometimes referred to as 'Black and Blue' or 'Pittsburgh Rare'.

Rare - (48.9°C/120°F core temp) The outside is gray-brown, and the middle of the steak is red and slightly warm.

Medium rare - (52.2°C/126°F degrees core temp) The steak will have a fully red, warm center. Unless specified otherwise, upscale steakhouses will generally cook to at least this level.

Medium - (57.2°C/135°F degrees core temp) The middle of the steak is hot and red with pink surrounding the center. The outside is gray-brown.

Medium Plus - (59.5°C/140°F degrees core temp) More than medium, but not quite medium well.

Medium well done - (62.8°C/145°F degrees core temp) The meat is light pink surrounding the center.

Well done - (73.9°C/165°F degrees core temp) The meat is gray-brown throughout and slightly charred.

Went to Pizza hut eat dinner, i have not been there for a year le... Then watch a moive!!

Begin 9 days of slacking i keep a moustache and i gain alot of ppls looking at my weird moustache. And got a feedback that u look older with yr moustache.. i tot of it is look older.. lol

Dor writing my name at my right hand at dinesh house.. Is so cool right!!!! And last about a weeks been fully removed.. =)

During shaving tot of centre don't cut is it look better ma.. But is look so wired right? So decide to shav all la.. lol

Yo

Too busy from jan to feb. finally end in the tp life.. but is so sad that i begin ended in the tp life.. i going to miss the tp.. but the new beginner is just begain. i going to quit sake end of this mths. looking to my full-time job. i attend two new couse is the camp high achiever. what i learn is what is SEL. Is stand for social emotional learnig.. then i start to think alot how i going to do next. it might be the new big step for me. i also attend the smile course.. is about how to serve the customer emotion, want, need to serve them.. i got alot of lagher. so what is s.m.i.l.e stand for? smile, motivated, interested, listen, extra mile. lol

on this thu smile at lvl 2.. can't wait to attend the course. fri is dewinin outing on sat is sis orientation training. next week is my HK trip for 9 days.. cannot wait to come. my first time visit to HK. And second time to oversea trip. This is made me happy ho ho ho. this will be busy and fun mths. =)
